Safari Brochures from Eastern Voyage Safaris give you an honest, detailed look at each destination before you commit to an itinerary. Below you will find a downloadable-style guide to nine of our most-requested parks and regions across Kenya and Tanzania, plus the contact details for our two offices if you would rather talk it through with a person first.

How to Use These Safari Brochures
Each destination card below links through to a full guide for that park: what it is known for, when to go, and which of our packages visit it. We update these safari brochures whenever park fees, road conditions, or migration timing change, so what you read here reflects the current season rather than a static PDF from a few years ago. For official park information alongside our own notes, the Kenya Wildlife Service and the Tanzania National Parks Authority both publish up-to-date fee schedules and park rules worth checking before you travel.
Planning a Multi-Destination Trip
Most guests combine two or three of the destinations below into a single trip rather than visiting just one. A common pairing is the Maasai Mara with Amboseli for a Kenya-only safari, or the Serengeti with Ngorongoro Crater and a few days in Zanzibar for a Kenya-Tanzania combination that ends on the beach. If you already know roughly which parks interest you, use our tour package search to see ready-built itineraries that visit them, or get in touch directly and we will draft one from scratch.
What Each Brochure Covers
The Maasai Mara brochure focuses on Great Migration timing, since that single detail changes more about a Kenya itinerary than anything else: river-crossing season runs roughly July through October, while the calving season in the southern Mara and northern Serengeti falls around January to March. The Amboseli guide covers the large elephant herds that gather near the swamps in the dry season, with Kilimanjaro visible on clear mornings from most camps in the conservancy.
Our Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater brochures are usually read together, since most itineraries combine both: the Serengeti for the sheer scale of its plains and predator sightings, and the crater for a single, compact day of dense wildlife viewing on the caldera floor. Tsavo and Samburu cover Kenya’s drier northern and southern landscapes, including the red-earth elephants of Tsavo and the reticulated giraffe and Grevy’s zebra found only in Samburu’s ecosystem.
Lake Manyara’s brochure explains the park’s tree-climbing lions and its soda lake birdlife, while the Zanzibar and Mombasa & Coast guides are aimed at guests extending a safari with a few days by the ocean, covering Stone Town, spice tours, and the best beach towns for unwinding after a week of early game drives.
Requesting a Printed or PDF Brochure
If you would prefer a single downloadable document rather than browsing the destination pages online, email either of our offices below and we will send a PDF version covering the destinations you are interested in, along with sample itineraries and current rates for the season you are planning to travel.

We keep updating these Safari Brochures every season, so bookmark this page rather than saving a PDF if you want the latest park fees and migration forecasts. Whichever destination you start with, our team is happy to talk through the trade-offs between parks before you commit to a final route, and our Safari Brochures are as useful for narrowing down a shortlist as they are for confirming a plan you already have in mind.
Booking After You Read a Brochure
Once you have gone through the Safari Brochures above and picked out the two or three destinations that interest you most, the next step is simply telling us. We do not ask you to commit to a fixed package straight away; instead we take the shortlist from your Safari Brochures reading, ask a few questions about your travel dates, group size and budget, and come back with a day-by-day itinerary and a fixed quote within a day or two.
There is no charge for this planning stage, and you are welcome to go back and forth on the details as many times as you need before deciding. Many of our guests start with one destination in mind from these brochures and end up adding a second or third once they see how the logistics fit together, so treat the shortlist as a starting point rather than a final decision.
Currency, Payments and Deposits
Quotes from these Safari Brochures are given in US dollars by default, though we can invoice in Kenyan shillings or Tanzanian shillings on request. A deposit of around 30% secures your dates and the balance is due roughly four weeks before departure, which gives us enough lead time to confirm camps during the busier July-to-October and December-to-February windows.
Park fees, conservancy fees and government levies are included in every quote we send, so the figure you see is the figure you pay, aside from personal spending, tips, and optional add-ons like a hot-air balloon flight over the Mara. We would rather a quote take an extra day to prepare than have a guest discover a hidden cost once they land, which is part of why these brochures exist in the first place: to set expectations honestly before any money changes hands.
