Day 1 – Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Depart Arusha after breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park, roughly two hours away. Spend the afternoon on a game drive along the Tarangire River, where elephant herds gather beneath some of Africa’s oldest baobab trees, alongside giraffe, zebra, buffalo and resident lion prides. Overnight at a lodge or tented camp on the park’s edge.

Day 2 – Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
